Try to make sure that you get at least eight hours of sleep a night and do things such as meditating, reading, and even relaxing in a hot bubble bath to relieve the stresses of the day. The more you stress, the less you are able to sleep, and soon the worries of the world will get you down to the point where your fitness goals are left behind.
